Crêpes

Time: 30 mn

Taste: Wonderful


Ingredients: for 4 people
  • 250 g flour (10 spoons)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 L milk
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 spoons of whisky (or more...)

How to proceed:

  1. Melt the butter
  2. Put the eggs and the salt in a vessel and mix with a wooden spoon
  3. Add the flour little by little while blending
  4. Add the milk little by little while blending
  5. Add the butter and the flavours
  6. Cook in a frying pan (hot fire), more or less 2/3 of a dipper per crêpe
  7. Enjoy with eggs, bacon, cheese, onions, what you want or as a dessert
  8. "Say Vive la France"
