Ingredients: for 4 people
- 250 g flour (10 spoons)
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 L milk
- 50 g butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 spoons of whisky (or more...)
How to proceed: (cabron)
- Melt the butter
- Put the eggs and the salt in a vessel and mix with a wooden spoon
- Add the flour little by little while blending
- Add the milk little by little while blending
- Add the butter and the flavours
- Cook in a frying pan (hot fire), more or less 2/3 of a dipper per crêpe
- Enjoy with eggs, bacon, cheese, onions, what you want or as a dessert
- "Say Vive la France"
